Week 2: The Challenge

Yolanda, our newly-married participant, has asked that any hate mail that you may want to send after completing this new challenge should be sent to:

The Challenge: 100 lunges (50 each side)
Dates: Today to Sunday, February 27th
Reward: 4 miles credit

So sign up here and no slacking this week. You MUST report your challenge completion every single day.

NO EXCEPTIONS!

  4. MY LEGS ARE ABOUT TO FALL OFF!!! 100 of the killer lunges done. I'm sure my lower half will thank you Yoli in the end, but for now, BOOOOOO! LOL

  8. OMG...for everyone doing the challenge...remember to drink lots of H20 and stretch after your lunges to avoid cramps and muscle pulling! -yoly

  20. Done! Glad I could help! I do 4 sets of 25, 1 when I wake up for a stretch! One before I walk/run. One while cooking dinner & one before I go to bed! Much easier & I am in less pain!
